This entrepreneurial experience inspired him to start Texas Regional Notary to allow his customer service abilities and attention to detail to shine. Susan is the other friendly face at Texas Regional Notary. After retiring from the telecommunications industry after 25 years, she and her husband, Toby, started a retail business. In the daily routine of running a business, Susan began imagining starting another business that would allow her to focus on all the details surrounding customer satisfaction, and so, Texas Regional Notary came to be.
